National Beef Packing Company, LLC and National Beef Japan, Inc. (collectively “National Beef”) value your trust and we want you to understand what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. We treat personal information with respect and in accordance with our Privacy Policy (“Policy”) and with Japanese Personal Information Law and related laws and ordinances. The Policy explains how National Beef will handle your personal information pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Law and related laws and ordinances.

Personal information subject to the Policy is limited to your information acquired by National Beef. National Beef website may contain links to websites of other companies. However, please be advised that the use of the information provided by you on a website of another company will be managed by such and National Beef will not be held responsible.

This Privacy Policy is designed to provide information regarding how we collect, use and disclose personal information we gather when you do business with us, or when you visit www.nationalbeefexports.com. 6. Security Control Measures for Personal Information.

National Beef will take appropriate measures for security control to systems, etc. to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information and divulgence, loss and damage of personal information. Also, National Beef will establish a system to preserve the evidence and investigate the cause of the accident. Should any accidents occur, National Beef will respond promptly and appropriately and make best efforts to rectify security control measures to prevent reoccurrence of the accident, etc.
